The Role

AntiSocial is looking to hire a Digital Media Account Manager who will manage our media teams and ensure high-quality project completion. This position involves the day to day running of the internal and client projects that will cover strategy, digital marketing, client management, and other business operation tasks.  You will spend your time tracking budgets, schedules, managing scope and timelines, creating project plans, spotting risks and opportunities, and managing production and media teams to successful project completion. The ideal candidate is familiar with digital media (traditional is a bonus) and possesses strong leadership abilities.


Responsibilities

  • Lead or secondary point of contact for client communication across all services and departments. 
  • Support department heads and teams involved within the project
  • Lead communication internally and externally
  • Organize and optimize information for all departments through corporate software: Harvest, GSuite, Monday, Flow
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships
  • Ensure all daily tasks are being completed correctly and delivered on time
  • Ensure all content meets company and client standards
  • Monitor and report project risks to Senior Producers, stakeholders, or corporate leadership
  • Monitor services to ensure the team is working within hours, project guidelines, and service levels
  • Account reporting; weekly updates, status calls, budget reviews, roundtables with clients and internal teams
  • Support meetings, brainstorms campaign creation, campaign management, and planning sessions with internal teams
  • Assist teams in developing strategy and creative for campaigns of all sizes
  • Production support on media shoots; working with the Creative Director to execute all shoots with the media team from concept to completion; aligning team documents such as pulse sheets, travel requests, expense documents, and other internal practices.
  • Plan production schedule: coordinating with media teams and ensuring everything is on schedule and following the approved shot list
  • Quarterly meetings for each account to determine wins, losses, direction, and opportunities


Requirements

  • Project management experience (2+ years)
  • Digital marketing experience (1+ years)
  • Agency experience required
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media strategy
  • Strong understanding of media buying strategy and platforms, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, etc
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple people and projects in person and remotely
