The Role

AntiSocial is looking to hire a passionate Associate Social Strategist who will be responsible for ideating, managing and developing brand perception through creative social strategies. This entry-level position is suited for a highly-motivated, digitally savvy, and seasoned communications professional with a passion for growing innovative and purpose-led brands. With strong intuition and impeccable writing skills, this candidate will empower our client’s community and create meaningful digital conversations. 


Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor marketing pillars and campaigns created by the Social Strategist
  • Support participation in events and promotions, local, online, and offline
  • Schedule and post content for internal and client channels
  • Participate in monthly client meetings 
  • Manage branded social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.) on the client’s behalf
  • Understand TikTok growth, engagement and community management
  • Monitor conversations across social media and address important mentions in real-time through engagement, escalation, or documentation
  • Discover trending topics, community needs, and interests of clients’ audience across social media, adjusting content and messaging accordingly
  • Generate insight into community performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Attend and contribute to the social team and all-hands meetings
  • Report campaign and community management data, post data, and specific client data
  • Community Management for clients Social Platforms


Requirements

  • Social media management (1+ year)
  • Customer service experience
  • Studied communications, journalism or marketing or industry-specific knowledge
  • Administrative experience or relevant knowledge
  • Mastery of posting for the main Social Platforms: FB, IG, TT, TW
