The Role

AntiSocial is looking for a graphic designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a design education background followed by substantial experience resulting in an impressive portfolio. This candidate will have a range of experience from creating graphics for social media content, advertising displays, banner creation, and website design.


  • Define the look and feel for a variety of projects

  • Collaborate with our team to transform wireframes into high fidelity designs

  • Develop interactive design elements and solutions

  • Contribute ideas and design pixel perfect artwork and assets from moodboards through to final delivery

  • Develop solutions that respond to client parameters and project briefs

  • Create design documentation (such as style guides)

  • Collaborate and brainstorm with producers, creatives and developers 

  • Estimate the time required to complete tasks

  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to supervisors and producers

  • Fast 1-day turnaround of social media and banner design


  • 3+ yrs experience

  • Diploma or degree in design

  • Knowledge of digital design

  • Knowledge of UI/UX and UX processes

  • Ability to execute visually appealing hifi mockups

  • Ability to take art direction and critique

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Strong conceptual thinking

  • Understanding of typography and design

  • Ability to collaborate with a team and also work autonomously

  • Understanding of production process

  • Proficiency in Creative Suite
